IT Experience
In Conner's Words
I've Worked Where You Work.
I didn't start CTG because IT seemed like a good business. I started it because I spent years working inside the same kinds of businesses our clients run — hospitals, manufacturing plants, mortgage companies, retirement communities — and I kept seeing the same problem: the IT provider didn't actually understand the business they were supporting.
I've been the guy on a factory floor when the ERP system goes down and production halts. I've been in a hospital wing diagnosing a network failure while HIPAA compliance hung in the balance. I've rebuilt an entire multi-location infrastructure from the ground up, ripped out outdated firewall hardware, and personally trained the staff who inherited those systems. That experience doesn't come from a sales deck — it comes from doing the work.
When I launched CTG in 2018, the goal was straightforward: bring that enterprise-level experience to small and mid-sized businesses in Fort Wayne, with direct, owner-led service. When you call CTG, you get me — not a ticket number, not a call center, not a junior technician who is learning on your dime.
My approach starts with understanding your business first. Technology is just the tool. The real question is: what process does this tool need to serve? I'll review your current systems and software spend, look for waste, and help you make informed decisions about your IT investments — whether that's a firewall upgrade, a CRM implementation, or a cloud backup strategy.
"Our goal is to prevent the disasters instead of needing to fix the disasters."

Our Values
What CTG Stands For
Personal Relationships
You work directly with the owner. I know your systems, your team, and your business goals — because I built the relationship to understand them.
Proactive Prevention
I'd rather spend an hour preventing a problem than a day fixing one. Monitoring, maintenance, and strategic planning are built into everything we do.
Business-First Thinking
Technology serves business processes — not the other way around. Every recommendation I make starts with your operational goals, not a product catalog.
